This webinar will present how KRAS inhibition affects anti-tumor immunity during chemo immunotherapy in NSCLC.
Our preclinical data show that combining KRASi with chemo immunotherapy strongly enhances tumor immunogenicity… while simultaneously activating major immunosuppressive programs. Neutralizing these suppressive signals restores anti-tumor immune response and leads to durable therapeutic control.  A promising avenue, but one that raises a key question: should this KRASi/chemo immunotherapy combination be optimized… or even reconsidered in “cold” tumors?
