🔬This webinar will explore how mathematical modeling of tumor dynamics, can be leveraged in oncology for two applications:

🔹Historically, as a surrogate endpoint of OS useful to anticipate final results of late phase clinical trials; and 
🔹As an endpoint to unravel biomarkers that were confounded when investigated for association with standard endpoints (e.g., RECIST-based response rates, PFS or OS).

The results presented will highlight how model-based approaches may serve to objectively capture response to treatment and advance research projects in targeted therapies within the COALA network.
